Delivery Options
Next Day / Specific Day
This is ground floor kerb side delivery to the delivery address on the order. Either on the day after you have placed the order or the specific day nominated by you at check out.
Please note that this option is only available in the online store for stock items.
If the items that you want are not in stock and you want to select a specific day for your delivery please contact customer services on 0330 0437500 and they advise when the goods will be available, agree a day and enter you order manually for you.
If you are paying by debit or credit card and the delivery address is not the same as the registered address for your card you will not be able to complete your purchase using this method for Next Day. If this happens please either call customer services on 0203 0867501 for assistance or use the Direct Bank Transfer option in the Checkout, this will allow you will to pay by Chaps or Faster Payment. Once you have made your payment please either call customer services 0203 0867501 to confirm your payment or email your remittance advise to cs@tuaofficefurntiure.co.uk to ensure that your order is processed for Next Day Delivery.
We’re sorry that we have to have this policy but our business model is designed to give you the customer the best price with the best service and in order to do that we don’t have lots of margin in our prices to offset against card fraud. So unfortunately as is often the case the few make life difficult for the many.
Finally if you do not Specify a Date for your Delivery in the box at check out with this option only the delivery will always default to Next Day.
Economy Delivery (5-7 Days)
This is ground floor kerb side delivery to the delivery address on the order. Economy delivery is usually between 5 and 7 days from order although the goods can sometimes arrive within 3 days. Customer services will advise once the goods are in transit and give you an indication of the day that they are expected to arrive.
Please note that this option is available in the online store for items that are out of stock, your order will be marked as “available on backorder”. When the product becomes available to be delivered customer services will contact you and advise when the item/s will be delivered.
Delivered & Installed
This is a full delivery and installation service. The installation will be planned and booked with you by our installation department. The goods will be delivered to your premises and taken to the room that the products are going to be used in, they will be unpacked and built by professional furniture fitters, placed in the agreed position and when complete the installation supervisor will ask you to check the installation and sign it off. As a part of this service all packaging will be removed from site and taken away by the fitters, unless otherwise requested by the customer.
